I really really REALLY love when I get a phone call to photograph a proposal! It really is a beautiful thing to witness but also to be there from the beginning of their marriage story is such a honor.
Roy called me and said he was wanting to propose to his girlfriend Cassie - we ended up planning the proposal at the Dallas Arboretum on a beautiful Spring Day -May 11, 2016 at 6:30pm. We went out and scouted the perfect spot and Roy asked me to bring a single rose and lay it on the bench in the private garden area he had picked out! I have to tell you... I was in awe of his meticulous attention to detail and all his planning for this one moment. He wanted it to be perfect for his love. Well... she said YES! And he was the happiest guy on the planet! It was so perfect to watch!
After she said yes!
