Lauren + Brian | Engagements

I was so happy to get the call from this beauty about her engagement to Brian… I had photographed her brother’s wedding about 3 years ago and it’s just always a HUGE compliment when a family calls on me again! It makes my heart happy! 💛

Texas weather can be, at the very least a tad unpredictable. It had been storming all day, but my go-to weather reports were telling me it would clear. 🤞🏻 I’m generally a ‘lets go-for-it” kind of gal when it comes to photography outside. I assured them if we got rained out would re-set and set another day for these but we would absolutely dance in the rain if given the chance! They don’t live locally, so we opted to go for it and I am so glad we did!! We didn’t get our rain dance, BUT we got the most amazing warm light AND… the temps had dropped for us- so even better!! Thanks, Texas! ✌🏻

Brian + Lauren brought their sweet pup Apollo to their shoot and those that know me, know I LOOOOVE all the dogs!! Apollo was such a well-behaved guy and perfect poser for me too!
