Stephanie + Jonathan | Riverwalk Engagements
Stephanie and Jonathan are engaged y’all! After six years together, starting with meeting at work, these two have decided to tie the knot at Flower Mound Riverwalk. The engagement began Christmas Day 2020 when Jonathan popped the big question in front of Stephanie’s family! Naturally, a celebration with friends and family has been long anticipated and will be happening this November.
I had the honor of photographing these two lovebirds at the future site of their nuptials. Though the sun may have been a tad more intense than it (hopefully) will be on the day they wed (you never know in Texas!), these two shined brighter still!
For those of you who haven’t had a chance to hang at Flower Mound’s Riverwalk area, you’re in for a treat! Beautiful Texas stone, waterways with bridges and waterfalls, and gorgeous sunsets create such a great backdrop for photos and fun! Stephanie and Jonathan will be wed in the classic chapel built on an island in the middle of the river.
The bride is very excited about their upcoming wedding, but the first dance may be her most anticipated moment of the big day. I think we’re all curious if she’ll be teaching her future hubby some of her old West Coast Swing moves!
Stephanie and Jonathan chose monochromatic colors to wear for their engagement session. I love how the summer flowers popped next to them and the blue sky behind! And yes, we did use a foosball table to show off her bling (and had a little fun while at it).
But my favorite photo just might be the last one of these two looking so darn happy to be in each other’s lives. This is what it’s all about y’all! You cannot fake those kind of big and bold smiles! Looking forward to more fun (and more smiles) on the wedding day!
