Stephanie + Jonathan | Chapel at Riverwalk -Flower Mound, Texas
Stephanie and Jonathan are officially married and tied the knot on a crisp day at the Chapel at Riverwalk! The ceremony was beautiful inside the chapel. I love the high ceilings and natural light coming through the dramatic windows. The fall-inspired floral arrangements were STUNNING as well, even the groomsmen had to stop and smell the roses!
The bride and groom did a first look while their supportive wedding party watched from the balcony overlooking the chapel. The ladies each got to choose a fall color for their gowns, showing up in a variety of greens, gold, and burnt orange. The groomsmen looked dapper in suits and matching sage-green ties.
And of course, our bride Stephanie was a showstopper in her bridal gown! It had a mermaid fit with billowing tulle along the bottom and train. The back had a low lace cut-out design, and the bodice was covered in embroidered lace. Her hair was tied in a classic low chignon and made a perfect space for her veil to debut at the ceremony. Accompanied by her father down the aisle, she was all smiles for her groom, friends, and family! And the two were officially wed by Stephanie’s high school English teacher, and dear friend.
The groom was all smiles himself! A tear or two MAY have slipped out from both the new Mr. and Mrs. (but you didn’t hear that from me!). And after a lovely ceremony, loved ones were ready to celebrate the newlyweds with enthusiasm at the reception! I snuck the couple aside for some great moments amongst the rocks outside the venue. Stephanie’s cozy stole made a nice addition to the chilly air!
After an evening of romance and celebration, Jonathan and Stephanie enjoyed a private farewell dance surrounded by family. And then they were sent off amidst a tunnel of sparklers to begin the next adventure in their undoubtedly epic romance story, which has truly just begun. Congratulations y’all! I wish you love and blessings for many years of marriage to come!
